Haven't decided yet, but I'll see if I can think of something
also for Phyllon so far the only new ideas I've gotten is a sort of boost plant that emits light and grappling hook swingy thing from A Hat In Time but as a plant or energy construct

Distrust tries protecting the body from betrayal, for example.
And emotional breakdowns…suck as hell, yes. But isn’t so many of our experiences…dependent on how we choose to interpret ‘em?
Sorry if I sound insensitive. But. I heard somewhere before that such breakdowns are the body’s way of saying ‘I don’t want to live like this anymore’.
