*looks at Skyrim*I'm wondering if I should make an archer character. I mean, I have kind of wanted to make one for some time now, but I really can't think of much in world justification for a character to use a bow when weapons that are just objectively more effective and simpler to use are quite easily available.
Well, bows are sometimes used for being harder to track than firearms. So could be used for stealth I suppose.I'm wondering if I should make an archer character. What do you mean by this? The crossbows from the dawnguard DLC?*looks at Skyrim*
Yeah, probably will have to be some kind of magic archer.Well, bows are sometimes used for being harder to track than firearms. So could be used for stealth I suppose.
Maybe it could be better used with magic in some way? Like altering the shots somehow with magic?
That's a good question. What do I mean? What do you mean by this? The crossbows from the dawnguard DLC?
(In-quote edit notice)A lot of my characters that see combat are from a modern setting as well however, most of the fantasy ones I have right now (in-quote edit: think you missed an "are" here) non-combat characters.
I have 2 that I can think of with only one using a gun that fires bullets.I have so few characters that actually make use of guns as of right now.
