That's something I've done many times before, it's small enough to whip out at any time I want, but it's a lot easier to see than a game on a laptop screen. (That is, if you're allowed to be using your laptops.)

The Bird, Blue Jay, and Cardinal are flying critters that can spawn in the Forest biome. Much like the Vulture, Birds remain still until approached, whereupon they will fly away. Birds will occasionally chirp when nearby.

Spoiler: So here's my progress on the main base in Pixelmon

I have a waystone and crafting table nearby because it'll make things way easier (flying all the way to this place takes several minutes of sprint-flying on my Frosmoth, it's 30K blocks away from my box)

This is going to be my first large build in survival mode
Once the first floor is finished I'll turn peaceful mode off again, which will mean having to be a bit more careful while building the rest

I'm so used to creative that not being able to fly is a huge pain
In terraria I'd at least have an ice rod to help me but here I'm just screwed
I should really consider making a ton of scaffolding because even this first floor will probably be pretty tall and large

(Also if you think this one is impressive, just wait til I make actual progress on a similar base (but larger) in vanilla creative
that thing's gonna be really big)

My time building in terraria carried into 3D nicely
both for boxes and not boxes

anyway 84 scaffolding obtained
there's a jacaranda forest (from a mod) not far from where I'm building, which has bamboo (a lot of it), so I just flew over on Yuki, grabbed a bunch, flew back, waystoned back to the box, got my string, and made as much scaffolding as I could
I'll plop a large chest next to my crafting table and waystone so I can put those away nicely

(Would evolving a pikachu work too? Those are easier to find and give me more freedom in what Poke Ball to use (evolved wild Pokemon tend to be really powerful so I just quick ball them if they're evil and try to hunt me down)
