But why? There's nothing in the design that's NSFW at ALL!
And if my art is unsafe, then there's a LOT of artworks floating around here that also aren't safe. Not to throw you under the bus, @Orchamut, but I'm using your art as evidence.

I'm gonna be honest I think the Calamity Elementals are worse and nobody cares, infact they're slapped on a banner and encouraged to be put in your signature

Also worth noting that they would've had to either search back a few days of posts to find it or saved the image to marinate on it. I mean, she was literally just STANDING there???
The calamity elementals are fully animated too (in suspicious ways) AND the rare elemental's tooltip is preeeeeeeeeeeeety sus given their whole demeanor.

I've been warned for a character lifting up their legs before (not even designed to be nsfw, was just out of context pose in the art.) and so I specifically try to AVOID anything nsfw.
Also, I think like 2 people liked the drawing so it wasn't even majorly exposed.
I just don't deserve the points, end of story.

Not until the warning gets resolved. Besides, it's on my tablet and I don't have it with me right now.

I think it's fine as long as you don't get aggressive or pushy about it, there are ways to appeal warnings for a reason and this sounds like a misunderstanding.
