A day or two ago (I think yesterday) I added some more timeline guardians to my list. If there's interest, I can once again show the list, though it leaves out a few of them because I'm too lazy to add Planet Popstar to the list and won't do it unless people force me to add it.

Timeline guardians are people chosen by Dialga (the god of time) to keep the timeline stable. If one dies, the timeline destabilizes for a short time while Dialga chooses a replacement in the same world.
Malis uses that short period of instability to take control of the timeline, which is why he's trying to kill Esther; she's the only guardian whose status he has confirmed, so she's his target.
I'll start working on ranking all my current timeline guardians based on how capable they are at defending themselves if Malis were to attack them, and I'll post the list once I have it figured out.

So I'm sure you're aware of how Caine has developed the ability to control the character's minds, with the following three examples being thrown around:
Ep 4 with the stupid sauce
Ep 5 with Jax being vegan
Ep 6 with Jax having the rules of the adventure ported directly into his head

But why is nobody mentioning the part in Ep 3 when the souls TAKE OVER POMNI ENTIRELY

This is really cool lore! There's lots of interesting story opportunities that can be done with it. That little blurb has honestly gotten me a little invested in your world.
