"...So just think of your sword as a bigger arrow, no?"
Roxas seems to think about that.
"..That could at least work for the sword..."

"...Hm. Alright then."
Edge sits down to watch Roxas.
"Maybe..try working with your sword some more then?"

"Alright."
Roxas goes back to just practicing.

Sarah, noticing his grunts, tries to pick up the pace while being careful with moving Mae and Lightning's body. Mae should be almost about to get through the portal by now.
"Tell me when you need a break."
"I'll live, just be quick please."

"I'll live, just be quick please."
"Well would be good to have you keep your strength so you stay that way. Even if you don't give a :red: about yourself we still need you."

"Don't be stupid."
"We're not in a rush or anything."

"Yes, and Mae needs me too, that's why I'm holding this thing open in the first place after my bones were just shattered like glass. Why don't you clamp that jaw of yours and put the effort into moving her instead?"

Garundel's maw is taut now as he turns his head slightly in the direction of Evi.

Edge just watches in silence...
It certainly seems to be going more smoothly than before. Looks like Edge was able to help quite well.

Edge smiles, content.

After a little while, Roxas puts away his sword.
"I think I should be able to summon it pretty consistently now."

"...You've probably practiced enough anyway."

"Yeah..."

(Editing some character status updates in below this.)
Amulet is currently inspecting and tinkering with the gauntlet he's been wearing since he first arrived at the base.
<There's probably some improvements I can make after all these years.>

It appears Lunil has gone off to patrol the general area around the base...

Fragment is watching Amulet from a distance.

Xene, Foxen, and Lya aren't doing much right now.

*A mysterious figure approaches…

*They glance at the number of pages…

*They leave, for nearly 1,000 pages is too much to process.

(Attempted poke because I really don't want this to die... I'm genuinely sorry if this just bothers people.)
Someone would approach the base. They seem to be looking for something or someone.

Sarah just..nods slowly, before deciding to focus on moving Mae through the portal.

(I'm nearing the point where brute-forcing progress on the Fluxxation side of things might be necessary..)

(...how so, exactly? I'm kind of confused about this statement.)

(Beginning buildup for another story specific bout of combat.)

The group leaving the mountain may notice something from a behind them, a small, neatly robed lizard-like creature with dark scales, thick glasses upon its face. It seems to be watching passively, perhaps its apparent poor eyesight makes it not the most suitable candidate for a stealthy watchman?
