The starting bosses are pretty hard, considering they are classed as pre-skeletron but need the mobility of post-skeletron, also some more content in the alkaline areas like some more weapons would be pretty cool! :indifferent:

Reworked Storm Cloudfish so that its rain now has a significantly lower maximum horizontal speed, it summons rainclouds to cut off the player, it charges in normal mode when below 50% health, and in expert mode it leaves a chain of stormclouds while charging which connect via lightning arcs once the charge is completed
The stats of the flywheel and cloudflare bow have been slightly buffed to reflect this difficulty increase
Stellar remote now summons Star Construct directly rather than summoning a dormant construct

The Polarities have been reworked!

Fixed an issue where resummoning the mod's sentries could despawn minions and vice versa, and fixed an issue with the brood staff being able to summon up to half a slot beyond the sentry cap if used alongside another sentry
v0.6.5.1 Changelog:
Fixed an issue with Star Construct's jumping velocity and interaction with platforms, additionally, it should no longer yeet itself offscreen as frequently

Reworked the Sun Pixie fight! It should be a lot more fun now. (The version shown in the video isn't quite the same as the version actually in the mod, since I made a few tweaks and additions after recording it.)

Made a number of tweaks and balance changes to the esophage fight, which should now be considerably more challenging
The boss will no longer repeat the same attack twice in a row
Ichor sprays are now fired more densely but with less of a horizontal component, and do more damage
Capsid plates are fired with a fixed spread rather than a spread dependent on distance, but their speed is now significantly increased if the player is further away
In expert mode, the boss will now shoot 10 capsid plates below 2/3 health and 20 below 1/3 health
Cursed flames are now fired less frequently, but at far higher velocity, in groups of three when below 2/3 health, and in groups of 5 when below 1/3 health
Tooth shotguns now occur 4 times in a row instead of 3, and are a bit more difficult to throw off

Introducing a new world: The Fractal Dimension!

v0.7 Changelog:
Added the fractal dimension, a subworld accessible at the start of Hardmode via an altar found on a floating fractal island
This means the mod now requires subworld library
The dimension can be left either by using another altar (which can be crafted from fractal matter), using any magic mirror-type item, or by pressing the return button
Added fractal matter and fractal strands blocks and walls, fractal ore, dendritic energy, and selfsimilar ore
Added fractal trees
Added fractal and selfsimilar bars, armor sets, swords, bows, and the fractal pickaxe
Added the fractal absorber, energy lance, bifurcator, fractal blaster, chaos shot, dendrite staff, and iterator
Added the fractal biome chest and biome key, and the radial
Removed the fractal palace (note that this breaks preexisting fractal palaces: updating to new worlds is strongly recommended)
Rebalanced essentially all the pre-Golem fractal weapons, and changed some of their crafting recipes
Added fractal spirits
Fractal keys are now dropped from specifically post-Golem tier fractal dimension enemies, but their drop rate has been increased to one in 25

Gave luna butterfly a lunar charge attack similar to sun pixie's charges, its trail projectiles now expand and fade out of existence rather than disappearing suddenly, sol moth, luna butterfly, and eclipxie now inflict on fire, frostburn, and both respectively on contact, eclipxie's ancient starlight now visually bends more smoothly, its flare bolts now accelerate slower and have lower maximum speed, its flares now do a bit less damage, and it can now spend slightly more time attempting to align its attacks
Changed some of the recipes that use polarized bars and souls of smite
Electromagnet now requires a celestial magnet
Railgun now requires a sniper rifle, its shot velocity has been increased, and it now inherits the sniper rifle's zoom functionality
Missile charger now requires a rocket launcher
The amount of materials required to make these items, and their sell values, have been adjusted accordingly
Electric edge now makes the phasesaber noise when swung
Completely reworked the way the hammered debuff is handled internally, so as to make adding warhammers easier in the future, to prevent the debuff slots of enemies when using multiple warhammers, and to make the behavior when applied to players more consistent with the behavior when applied to enemies
Fixed a number of bugs with the debuff reducing defense by too much and lasting too long when applied to players, and the ukonvasara's alt-fire no longer inflicts the debuff

oh FINALLY, I'm not the only one who has playable subworld content anymore besides GMT, Thank god, congrats Turing!

So just a quick question: I quite liked the Fractal Palace, what happened to all the stuff in it? Even it was a little bare.

Most of the stuff from the fractal palace was just moved into the subworld, and the pre-HM stuff was buffed to compensate. I might add it back as a structure that generates in the dimension at some point, though.

I would honestly like that, what I was thinking at first glance is a new ore in the "wildlands" part of the subworld, it could just be the dust stuff, and then you can find the palace there that has all the loot you want. I donno, I'd have to DL the update and see what you did with the subworld to give more feedback on that.

The palace is cool, and shouldn't be discarded IMO, I think you can rework it now that it could have more purpose (I'm getting MC nether fortress vibes from this)

Fractal had PHM content? I thought the whole thing was atleast plantera tier
 
Okay, so I am really struggling against the Star Construct on expert. For a boss meant to be fought after EoC, I feel it's very difficult, mostly due to just how fast it moves and how hard it hits. It seems like having an arena with platforms actually makes the fight harder as its claws will just grab onto them. It's basically a punishment for building an arena and goes against arena prepping. With the movement you'll have around that point in the game, the boss is very hard to dodge. Often, I'm just in a cycle of getting hurt because the boss is basically on top of me. I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to do with it. Maybe it's better fought later? But then, its drops might not be so useful by then. I rarely struggle this much against such early game bosses in the many Terraria mods I've played.
 
Star construct has pretty weird motion, yeah. I wouldn't say I find it harder in an arena (worst-case scenario you can exclusively use the topmost platform) but it navigates arenas fairly well so the arena may not be as helpful as it would be for other bosses. Some important things to know about it are that:
It can't descend through platforms (unless being pulled by a hook), so you can fairly easily dodge under it if you're on a platform.
If you're above it, it will jump at you and immediately accelerate to its maximum horizontal speed, and (again, unless being pulled by a hook) it can't accelerate in midair, allowing you to bait it out and send it flying away from you. If you do get stuck with the boss on top of you, jumping high enough can cause it to yeet itself off to the side and buy you some time.
Excluding jumps and hook-pulling, it accelerates pretty slowly, meaning if you can kite the boss in either of these ways it gives you a bit of breathing time.
That said, it is definitely a difficult boss for its tier, and fighting it after the evil bosses is definitely still viable.

It's not as fast as it used to be, look at AP STP's video or other older videos to see what I'm talking about.
But I think it's fair, since it's a boss that requires a bit more thought into how to deal with it-something that seems foreign to a good chunk of Terrarians at this stage.
You know what I mean: picks ranger-shoots at boss-runs in reverse direction.

Si persiste, es probable que el problema no desaparezca hasta que finalmente logre solucionar el error. (Oh yeah there's a weird bug where sometimes projectiles just break, I have an idea of why but haven't been able to fix it yet. I recommend reloading the world/mod/game. If it persists then the issue will probably not go away until I finally manage to squash the bug.)
