So apparently Terra Blade is crap in 1.3 without a doubt so obviously there needs an upgrade

Yus, this looks amazing! I'm mostly posting to get my notifications back (dammit TCF) but I think that is a really good item!
 
Of any mod currently in any stage of development, this has me hyped more than anything I've seen for Terraria. Both quality and quantity are about as high as I could imagine. Can't wait to see what your talented team has in store from here.


My only slight gripes after seeing all of the lovely images are a few of the enemies look too similar to those in other mods and/or vanilla. Specially the 2 flying enemies in Hallowed and Crimson, which look much too similiar to flying mobs in Thorium and Tremor. And changing the sprite for the Gladiator Spirit, making him transparent with some 'ghost-like' glowing effect to the sprite would really take him to the next level in quality and uniqueness. Take that as you will.

But nearly everything else looks not only unique, but very high quality and seamless in the world imo. Kudos!

I agree completely. A lot of the enemy banners on the original thread are outdated in terms of new sprites. I already resprited the gladiator spirit:

As for the flying crimslime, I resprited both the Thorium Mod Slime and Spirit Mod slime to make them look as different as possible to avoid overlap:

Try as we might, there will always be overlap with other mods, like the HM ore staves, HM ore hammers that have the exact same sprites in Tremor, and certain throwing weapons (I swear Kunai is in every mod nowadays...) If you have any more critique for items that need a little love, hit me up, I've been on sprite quality control for a while now.

Thanks for the flattery. You can only make flying crimslimes so different from each other... at least they're not just recolors of flying corrupt slimes. I could probably remake the Hallowed flying slime pattern to be more diverse from Tremor, haven't really looked at any of their sprites.

Also, not trying to shamelessly plug here, but all of the resprites I've made for the Spirit mod can be found on my thread, in case you had any other discrepancies with outdated sprites that aren't posted on the main thread:

there's been no new mounts added for a while. Perhaps some sort of mech would be cool, maybe add some teirs to it too with the first one being a gaint tree and next being made out of iron ect.

There does perhaps need to be new mounts, and since before @PhoenixBlade wanted people suggesting more drops for mobs, maybe there could be a Mechanical Slime Mount for the mech slime... Mech slime might not need another drop, but the Slime Mount is one of my favorite mounts. I like the falling fast - Useful for getting to hell. I'm simple like that.
 
I'm busy with other resprites atm, but the Trapper weapons deffinetely need a resprite. The bow's too small, the sword's too bland, etc.
