I made the Hellraiser look more like a sniper rifle considering that's what it functions most closely to.

I like vladimiers better mainly cause it has a lot more detail and depth.
But i also like yours cause its simple and sweet

That's such a ridiculously cool sprite it almost feels like a shame to have it serve as a granite shield resprite.

perhaps it could be used as a upgrade to the granite shield? like a granite blast rock that inflicts the thorns effect if an enemy hits you while facing it?

yeah and change some of the colour scheme and make it some kind of obsidian shield? i dunno really.
EDIT: oh yeah i forgot the main game had obsidian shield already
