Single Thread RP The Terra

(Choose a direction of where we're going.)

Ossea hobbles behind Song and Arentine. Despite not bleeding, she's still badly roughed up, especially thanks to Oracle.

Odeanther runs after the two, although they watch the group's back. To him, a blind escape just invites an opportunity for an ambush.

(Where would the destination be?)
Inside the forest there are all kinds of animals. Squirrels, possums, rabbits, and slimes... slimes. None approached him with ill intent, though.
Further inside, there is a little hut. It seems discarded.
(Birch forest. He completely missed Serab and the cave, but waltzed by the pillars of the Gods.)
*The lizardfolk approaches the hut, knocking on the door first before opening the door.*

...no one is in. There are signs of a battle though, presumably days.

The door can be easily opened.
Inside, there seems to be a unfinished ritual on the ground, and several jars of floating heart-shaped objects, all colored brightly and some slightly blood-stained. Whatever the previous owner has done, it can't be good...
A redwood desk, a purple bed, a shelf with various books, ...seemingly no basement...? (Percp 15+)
On the desk, there is a feather pen, a bottle of ink, some spare paper, and a knife. Cleaned one.

Esther doesn't respond for now. She still seems a little tired.
It's followed by Nocturn's silence as they don't know what to say next.

(Won another war against RNG.)

Song touches her side where Gerard got a clean shot on her...
"Keep up then."

Song breaks into a sprint, blood trailing. Seems her adrenaline stops her from feeling her bullet wounds much.
Arentine sheathes his blade, forcing himself to nearly keep pace, even with his lopsided, pained long strides. Being taller and larger than Song by a reasonable extent, he doesn’t have to give the same amount of effort, though he’s still visibly hurting in just trying to keep up.

Harreket finally ducks into the mine, just as the entrance snaps shut, closing flatly off like the snapping of some massive jaw.

The rumbling and rattling have grown quiet for a moment now…

Inside the mine, the five dark figures are already starting to approach the Vantablacks.

(This should be north)

Thanks!

As the crew runs north, a small river would come to their view, flowing into a lake of the east. Further, there is a plain rich in wildlife. Sheep, deers, slimes, boar, spam, cows, ... And what lies further ahead is a slope upwards to what seems like a mountain, a cave mid-slope and... another habited place?

"We're in luck. Another village."
Odeanther looks at Arentine, then at Ossea.
"Apologies for earlier. I bought the story without knowing the context."

Ossea looks, just silently at Odeanther. Then at Arentine. Then back at village. She's hurting too much to speak up about this.
"Uhm... first order of business, supplies? Also, I need to be checked up... I think my ribs broke from that vi-"

"Oracle. I'm pretty sure he was literally scowling from pain after this." He checks the tablet. No meetings yet. He has a plan to keep the Syndicate on friendly terms with the group, though. Just in his head.

Nocturn softly headbutts Esther's leg (like, not even putting in any force at all), trying to get her to notice him.

Esther looks at Nocturn, confused.

Nocturn seems to be looking at the direction of the mine.
"(Where I checked, mine, there was like... I swear either Grime was playing tricks on me or there really was so many things going on...

Also, did I just see a blur of yellow dashing and clawing at the eye yesterday?)"

Esther again seems unsure of how to respond.

The village sits at the high end of the slope...
There is no bridge for crossing the river, yet Xueqing flies part it without difficulty.
You don't know when, but she's back to her usual self, the sword gone, and again transparent.
The goat is gone.

Ossea looks at the other time... prepares to jump and nothin'. More complaints about pain.
"...ow ow. Okay... stupid stomp getting me roughed up badly."

Odeanther picks a nearby stick and measures the depth of the river. Mostly because Xueqing's flight is not a reliable way to tell the depth of the river.

Upon closer inspection... it's 3 meter deep at most and 10 meter wide.

Across the river, there is also a travelling merchant with some alpacas following.

"Yeah... we'll need a raft or boat or something for the injured. While I can swim, without armor, I can't do it with armor."
Odeanther looks at how the stick seems to be submerged fully in the water without touching the floor of the riverbed.

Esther again seems unsure of how to respond.
Nocturn nudges Esther, trying to get them to follow him.
