Wtf lol! This is pretty funny, I'd say joke suggestion but since these actually make weapon (waste of a BHS if you ask me and I'm unsure why you added the Hero Blade but idc) I kind of like it, since the whole duct tape and "You did it wrong" thing made me laugh you get my support.
 
I like this idea, but it would be better if these swords didn't appear in the Guide's crafting guide thing, so that it become a little surprise for who want to make a terra blade and thinks the recipe is same as before.
Also as far as I remember, no developer nor staff member confirmed that Mothra would be an uncommon/rare mini boss in solar eclipse, so it would be better if you remove the 50% chance and just say that it would be dropped by Mothra.

And a little note, the title is a bit misleading. When I first seen this I thought it's just a random sword suggestion that's made for the sake of the pun, so maybe you should rename it so that people can get more interested in it and read it.

Broken suggestion/10 pls fix w/ duct tape.
Seriously, great suggestion. Just the sort of silly thing that makes Terraria a great game.
One thing though, does the tape launcher actually use duct tape as ammo? Because if it does, it would take quite a bit of farming to get enough duct tape to sustain the weapon. Just wondering.
Great suggestion though.
