Looking at the sprite positioning, I'm imagining them having goofy movements. Neat and extra little pre-hardmode boss, I like.

If so I think they got too much HP for a pre-hardmode boss. (=18kHP)
If not they'd be too easy.

Three attack styles?

You have a puncher, a spear, and a scythe.

Two of those aren't even major weapon categories. There are three punching weapons, and one looks a lot more like a flail. There is one scythe (not counting the ones that were removed) that is very borderline, considering its a magic weapon (demon scythe). What I would expect from three brothers is something like Sword-Spear-Axe.

Or if we're being cliche: Sword-Bow-Wand.

Actually, four. There's the "Sickle", from the merchant, but I only counted things that were explicitly called Scythes
