Floor 7004 contains a teleporter that is capable of going to any floor in the tower to get around the strange properties of the tower.

Floor 7005 is powering the teleporter of floor 7004. The machines have long ago stopped working

Floor 7006 contains a series of puzzles that any adventurers have to solve in a linear dungeon that at the end gives them what they need to make the machines start working again.

Floor 7007 is, in traditional adventure fashion, the actual place where the parts are held.

Floor 7008 is the floor you need to end up going up to to fight a mini boss and get past an obstacle.
