Floor 1196: Floors 40 and 42 as well as a doorway to two different versions of floor 52.
we could fill a book with the amount of floors that have been jumbled up. I can imagine this tower violates several hundred building codes.
Floor 1197: A court case is happening on the subject of destroying this tower, due to EXTREME safety violations. Luckily TCF has a good lawyer, so we should be ok.

Floor 1198: A group of protestors scheduled to meet in the courtroom of floor 1197 who were captured by goblins because they refused to set foot in a tower as dangerous as this one. The party currently occupying floor 1197 has no one to debate against and therefore automatically wins the case.

Floor 1199: A house on the shore of a beach, also having a balcony. It appears to be sunset currently, and apparently Floor 1198 was the basement of said house. There is a health refill station in the house, as well as a save point and loads of ammo. After recovering, you head up the stairs, seeing only one door at the top. The area surrounding said door appears to be in ruins, as if it has been ravaged by a beast. Regardless, you go in to brave the dangers (or lack thereof) that floor 2000 has to offer.

Or the 1st floor, a room where burnt plants reside in the corners, as well as an ash desk. An old, boring man occupies said ash desk and is currently reading a burnt newspaper there.
