this item allow to teleports the wire signial he have an interface with chanels a chanels is a conexion named x this would go up to 999 conexion or wathever you can do and the interface if you name it exemple 1 both of the two wire s.t. it will have the same link useful to do a teleporter you can acces it with a wrench or the tool for wireing think about it
 
With my expert trash text decoding skills:

This item allows you to 'teleport' wire signals. You would have an interface with channels. A channel is a connection frequency, which is a number from 0 to 999. When activated, all devices across the map with the same frequency will activate at once.

My idea for crafting recipe:

2 teleporters
20 wire
1 of each logic gate
5 souls of light and sight

That's it for my skills. The stripped part I couldn't even imagine.

it can use color instead of channel but one block that send signal across the circuit network and one block that take signal ether or make 2 block mode for input signal and output per color .
