Weapons & Equip There Isn't a psycho mask in the game?

I wanted to make an outfit and I SWEAR there was a psycho mask in the game, Maybe my 6000 hours are kicking in.

I would love to see a psycho mask as a vanity item in the game, considering it already exists technically on the psycho enemy.
