Pirate Staff. Didn't realise that existed 'till I watched PythonGB's Co-op Lets Play. And the pumpkin pet thingy. I was breaking pumpkins, found that, and was like "What the ?

Slime Staff. Also the George's Tuxedo set. Maybe thats only on console but I checked the wiki and message boards and got something along the lines of "we dont want to tell people how to get this. Or else people will start cloning them." Im not kidding. Can anybody explain THAT?

I just found out yesterday that the mime mask exists. I went to my Clothier's house during a blood moon to summon Skeletron and saw that he was selling a beanie and a mime mask.

Also binoculars apparently exist. I've never seen them ever but I read the EoC rarely drops it.
