Thorium Mod: Family Heirloom not spawning

When I load up anew character with the thorium mod installed it does not give me the family heirloom. I have the mod enabled but it still does not give it to me. Please someone help me figure out why this is happening and how to fix it.

I found out that in my case it collides with Carrot item (Bunny pet) so if you have collector's edition enabled carrot will spawn instead of it.
Simply edit registry to switch the collector's edition carrot bonus off, load new character in Thorium and then you can edit it back so you have your precious bunny ... it will take you like a minute of your time.

You have to edit registry in windows so open up regedit (type it in windows search)
Path is: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Terraria and there should be Bunny registry, switch the value to 0, get your heirloom from newly created character and then you may switch it back to 1.
