Game Mechanics Thunder Event

Loud booming sounds are heard from afar...

Introducing the Thunder Event, a new random event that is very rare. It include's the rain event with it, meaning that all the rain enemy's will spawn during this event as like it was raining. However, this event is much more dangerous and harmful as it could ruin your entire game.

Firstly, THUNDER booms down everywhere from time to time. It doesn't damage blocks but it deals 100 damage to everything it hits. After striking the ground or a entity it hits, it vanishes. If you get hit by thunder, you get the Shocked debuff.

Also, the Angry Nimbus enemy, is now exclusive to the thunder event and not the rain. It's still in hardmode just for difficulty reasons.

why would I want this
Also, the Angry Nimbus enemy, is now exclusive to the thunder event and not the rain.
If an uncommon enemy with a rare drop spawns in a "very rare" event, you're never going to get said rare drop.

Anyways, for the enemies... I'm not really sure what any of them even are. It's just a whole mess of statistics and names. Some of the items seem fairly useless. Theres one that blocks lightning strikes and one that gives immunity to the Shocked debuff, both of which are only inflicted during rare events.
