I just thought it would be a nice aesthetic change if the music were to slow down if the Tipsy Debuff were active.

Here's an example with the mushroom biome.

They could also make a screen-blur effect. lol. That'd be kinda awesome. WoW-Style screen blur when you're tipsy.

Screen blur should definitely be optional, music slowdown can just be ignored by turning off music.

As it stands melee characters are chronic drunkards, so while this would be a novelty for many players it'd just be plain annoying for others.
 
Would we be able to make slowed-down versions of music by crafting a Music Box with some ale? The slowed down Mushroom Biome music sounds very nice, so I'd like to have that playing in my actual Mushroom biome without having to constantly be Tipsy.
