I've recently started playing through modded Terraria and i'm really enjoying it so far. But recently i had a problem where, if i'd open the boc treasure bag (as i'm playing in expert mode) it would immediately crash the game with the error message down below. After some testing i have concluded that the same error appears when just viewing the tooltip of the "Brain of Confusion" expert mode boss drop. Now i could just not use the Brain of Confusion but its required in a lot of late game crafting trees. I'm on the newest tmod version (0.11.8.8) and already playing the 64 bit version (as i have quite the long list of mods). Modlist:
