Tmodloader failing to launch from steam

Hey, as of a few weeks ago I can't launch Tmodloader anymore.
Anytime I try launching the game it crashes and gives me this error. Any ideas on how to fix this?
I have already tried repairing the game files and reinstalling the game.

Not sure of the underlying reason, but your graphics card was having issues with TML's default settings.
