tModLoader won't cooperate!!!1!!1!11 GRRR

Excuse me for my horribly satire label for the thread, but I am having huge difficulties in tModLoader. For some reason, I can't move my cursor or click in tModLoader, and I have tried to fix this problem for the past couple of hours. I have scoured the internet to find a solution, but nothing works yet. I am starting to lose hope and need some serious help with this.

What mods do you have on?
I know there's weird stuff that can happen with mods sometimes (ex. Anarchist Mod can sometimes crash game on character creation).

I just installed it, I don't have any mods.

Sorry for the late reply. I have tried reinstalling, validating files, and messing around with compatability settings. Nothing works so far.
