My name is Bear (aka. One_Bear_Army).
If you choose to be mad at someone my inspiration for this idea originated from (They announced 1.4.5 way too soon. :: Terraria General Discussions). I just decided to use my evil powers for good.

I would like you to consider temporarily, delaying 1.4.5., And producing a Downloadable Content for Steam.
"I felt a great Disturbance in Terraria, as if millions of voices suddenly clutched there pearls in terror and were suddenly silenced" - Cried the Dryad

The proceeds from this dlc (@ $0.01 - $9,99 USD x [Number of Terraria Steam copies]) used for the intent as a thank you too Redigit and team for there 14+ years of service, to support the growth of the re-logic team (new deves, new ideas. Did I mention I am trying to learn coding?), and as a retainer/consultant fee for Rediget's further involvement with his original game. I understand he will be moving on to Terraria 2 soon (Terraria Evil Dimension Feature: Developer Quits).

You are free to use all ideas presented, with any alterations you feel necessary to fulfill this request. With one unconditional stipulations.

1. If the initial price of the DLC be above $0.50 USD. I ask that Re-Logic make a fair and reasonable donation, once a year to The Greater Androscoggin Humane Society (Lewiston Maine United States of America)

As this is a break from Re-Logic tradition I feel some extra explaining is in order Will drum up so much WTF moments, The shocked face Chippy's on a reaction video (ChippyGaming) would be enough for me to pay $10+ for a DlC. Please think of the publicity. Especially if mentioned with a official release date for 1.4.5. and following content.

⦁ A Literal Supporter DLC: "Take my money" Edition, "The offical unoffical 1.4.4.9.9.8.6.Six?WhathappenTo7? Patch" or "Bear broke terraria" Edition,

IF you need to have something to actually sell for this to work. Please consider the following Ideas.

• A Green cap with Brown bear ears (100% drop rate), similar to Green Cap. Aquired from a Guide named (Bear) after he has been shimmered, killed by with a bouncy bolder on a sky island. "May Dystany be with you"
• Possibly a boss fight against "Mecha-OkRam: Elder God of Alternate Re-alities (*snicker* Do me proud!)? alternative start to hardmode, and equal in power/life to The Wall of Flesh. Starting over the players home and moving vertically to chase players to hell. Spawning a Starburst pattern on kill of curruption/crimsion/hollow/*Futile*. Ideal fight would be to designed around a "hellevator" arena and the use of Gravity Globe or the like. Bonus if his attacks spread biom altering effects ie: Solutions , or spawns a bolder rain / new traps though out the world.
• Secret Seed: Large "Tall" World [legendary] Inner-Sea. World Borders/edge (Ocean replaced with Forest). Starting location set to a skyisland over a landlocked Ocean landlocked beach, deep water, Criteria for World size X axis and y axis reversed, to make the world Taller > Wider.
• The addition of coffee for future potions/cooking.

I'm struggling to comprehend what this post actually means...
Your title should be what the thread's about (else it could literally be anything.)
Are you trying to suggest that the developers release DLC for the game?
If so, I don't really like this idea. Fans can already support the devs through buying merch on the official store or partnerships, and to be honest most DLCs feel overly monetised or pay-to-win.

this has to be bait. re-logic is already extremely well funded, as far as I'm aware they've been struggling more with finding things to do with the money they have. dlc for the game would go against the company's code of ethics; affordable games and free updates, community engagement, and more. this is just ridiculous
