Halo 3: Probably the last Halo game I ever truly enjoyed, and imo, the best I've ever played. The campaign was fantastic, and those nights with my friends playing multiplayer were truly the best memories I ever had in gaming. It's a shame I started diverting from Halo since Guardians. I hope Halo 6, or whatever 343 comes with next, they take note of what Bungie did with Halo 3 and improve upon them.
Far Cry 3: Pure chaos. Whenever I was bored, just put the disc in and I would spend hours upon hours of liberating, driving around like a kid who only had driving experience from GTA, and blow things up. Granted I still enjoy the installments released afterwards, but none of them came close to Far Cry 3.
Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag: I don't know why I preferred this game over 2. The story's not a masterpiece, graphics are good but that comes with progress in technology, and the characters, while their dialogue gives me a good laugh or two every now and then, don't qualify as Golden Globe nominees. It's the sandbox experience. Sailing on my ship with my crew was what made me enjoy this game. Sure it might be my inner-child that's saying this, but nevertheless, I still loved the game regardless of its silly moments
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands: Played this with my best mate a few months ago, and I wish I got it earlier. This game is best played with friends because the game is an entirely better experience. The action and gunfights were enough to keep me in the game, as well as exploring the world deciding which base to crash land and attempt to clear out enemies, and die. Granted I don't play the game a lot nowadays, but I still had so much fun with the game back then.
Oh and Terraria, for obvious reasons.
