Xbox One Transfer Xbox 360 Saves to Xbox One S

Hello,
Is there anyway i can transfer my Terraria: xbox 360 saves onto my Xbox One without a working xbox 360? My xbox 360 is broken, but I still have the hard drive. If I buy a data transfer cable and plug my hard drive into my xbox one, is it possible to transfer my old worlds and players?

Hi @GregD66, without having the saves already on the cloud, I don’t think it’s possible without a working Xbox 360.
