Resolved transferring files from previous Microsoft account tmod to new account tmod?

hello, I made a calamity world a couple days ago on a Microsoft account that I didn't mean to have on my pc. since then, I have added a new account to windows and kept all the files from my previous account. however, upon loading tmod after the account change, all my worlds and characters are gone. I added the old world/character files I had kept into the new tmod file and to no avail. is there a way to fix this/ retrieve my old worlds? pls help

You should be able to just copy the Terraria saves in your Documents folder to the new account's Documents folder and they'll appear.
