I know what you may be thinking what, but hear me out. I think treasure bags should drop like in expert mode but not with expert mode only items. An example for this to be useful is if you are playing with multiple people it will allow you each to get loot instead of only getting one person loot. I think would be convenient for people that play with a lot of friends. And it will make it easier for all of you to work towards better accessories at the same time instead of doing it one at a time

In my opinion, the scramble for loot is part of the fun with boss fights in multiplayer and there aren't a lot of items that are worth fighting over in normal mode until you get to end game. There's also no reason not to grind bosses a few times so everyone can enjoy owning the items as well. The grinding aspect of the game is just another fun part of the "terraria experience"
