This item would play a unique ding sound any time a "rare" item (defined as having a drop rate of less than 1%) is dropped from an enemy/you walk near one.

Crafted with the bell (currently only used in the fairy bell light pet recipe), gold dust, and a treasure magnet?

The thing is, if you never knew you missed an item, then you won't be bothered by it anyway XD

But in all seriousness, I could see this being useful in mob farms so that you won't have to wait longer than necessary
