PS4 Trouble with character/world generation

I'm unable to make any new worlds or characters. With characters, the sunflower just loads forever. When trying to create a new world, I badly wanna play a expert world, both cars full up and then just stays on that screen. I don't know what to do and I've tried looking everywhere online and the forums for answers.

Have you attempted to reinstall Terraria yet?

I'll try deleting and reinstalling it though. Thank you.

So reinstalling it didn't work. It continued to do the same thing. Deleting my game saves fixed it.

Oh, I uploaded all my saves to the cloud, started a new character and expert world, then redownloading my cloud saves to the PS4. Took a little time, but got my new character and expert world.
