Mobile Truffle Won't Move In

Hi, could someone please help??? Truffle won't spawn, and I am in Hardmode, made a surface mushroom biome (the background and music changes when I go in, and enemies spawn there too) with a valid house (shown below). Help would be greatly appreciated.

How long have you been waiting? Your watch says it's night, which means npcs can't spawn until morning.
