Resolved TV Head set Disappeared after researched in Journey Mode

Researching an item in Journey mode consumes it. Once you've researched an item, you can create infinite copies of it. I don't have Terraria open right now to check it, but I would expect the TV Head would be in a tab with other vanity armour. There's also a search function for finding items to duplicate. (Next time I have Terraria open, I'll check and advise where it is.)

Adding to that search option, make sure you aren’t in a tab, if you are, click on the tab to get out, helps make the search cover everything
