PS4 Underworld Freeze Glitch

I'm having a glitch where at random times while in the underworld, my game freezes when I fall into pools of lava. I lost opportunities at Hellstone and died because I couldn't drink an Obsidian Skin potion. Anybody know how to fix this?

Sorry to hear this @Soundbyte. From what others have said they experience while the player is near or in the underworld, I’m not sure of any workaround for this.
