Looks like some kind of base. (And while I have a really good image of it in my head, I have no idea how to describe, and I doubt I could throw something together in Minecraft in a decent amount of time, but I could I guess try after feeding probably both the cats and myself-)
Leaf would probably also notice someone just kind of sitting nearby.
(And if you've checked my color list, you might be able to recognize the text color)
(Edit: I took too long with dinner and want to get some amount of sleep, but I did take a bit to pick out blocks so I should be able to describe the place a bit

Spoiler: My attempt at describing this place somewhat

So basically
the floor is basically just Smooth Quartz Blocks in terms of color and texture, and the walls are similar to that and also I guess Polished Diorite combined
there is lighting but it's sorta dim both because of the floor and walls being white and because of the bats that live here (they're just staying hidden most of the time, their part of the place is hidden)
There's a desk nearby with a computer, which is where Merale usually is
There's also a clock on the wall, though it mostly just shows if it's day or night
while there are a few windows, it's clear that the place is underground, and the cave outside for now isn't really special (I haven't exactly thought much about the cave yet)
There's a table in the room as well, with basic chairs
and that's about all I have in mind for it so far aside from some other rooms that I haven't thought much about yet but will describe if/when needed

I never planned for something like this being an option, but I had the option and didn't need to put extra effort in for the text color)
