PC Valid Housing bug

After recently updating Terraria to 1.4.0.5, I have found that whenever I attempt to make a new house its flagged as "not valid housing", I have tried many different sizes and so on, I even copied a house I already have thats flagged as suitable however it still claims it is not valid, I have found beds do work in these non valid houses, but due to this I cannot get the Truffle in my Master mode world.
 
Usually, it's because there's corruption/crimson nearby. Whenever I get the 'not valid housing' thing and I met all other requierements, it's usually corruption/crimson sneaking underneath, which is weird because there is a 'this housing is corrupted' message. Check your map, and a screenshot would be nice, too.

There is indeed this message, and it doesn't always appear when it should. This specific message is a known issue - hopefully it'll be fixed soon!
