Weapons & Equip Vanity wings should display as merfolk

Wearing a Neptune's Shell in water (even with the accessory hidden) hides all worn wing accessories. Even ones in vanity slots. Visible wings should stay visible on merfolk, or at least wings in vanity slots should.
