I doubt it. It's not really an RP that needs a DM, since it's just your villain OCs interacting
If somebody submits a new character, we can just vote on it and raise any concerns we have

I may have to scrap this one... Fun fact: I actually originally created it for a fictional universe I am creating, but I decided to scrap it!

Main goal [What makes them a villain?]: He does horrific stuff to get more money even though he is already filthy rich. He does not mind making his henchmen slaughter innocent people and burn villages as long as he gets money from it!

Equipment [If you don't have any, then just say N/A]: A gun and a dagger

Text Color: Yellow

Abilities: Manipulation, stealth, turning his glove into a sort of balloon to fly away with, and high intelligence

Strengths: Controlling people and causing chaos all in the name of money

Weaknesses: Losing money

Exploitable flaws: His greed, he is pretty easy to bribe if you give him enough money

Height [Optional]: Short

Appearance: He has a tophat, a black suit, a small body, a coin as a head, a long mustache, cartoonish gloves, black shoes, and he tends to walk around with a cane.

Extras/Trivia [Optional]: He has an exaggerated french accent, he acts sort of like a very evil comic relief. He smokes... A lot!
