FINALLY! i felt like this mod had SOOOOO much to offer and you doing it! i did feel like the items before the update were to OP so im glad you changed that so i can feel that i earned something! *i dont mean this in any way peverted* I LOVE YOU. (to soon?)

Gaster Blast-Bow: Turns wooden arrows into white bolts of energy that apply Karma (you can leave this part out) that gives the target a blue tint, and does really fast 1 damage effect, like Cursed Inferno, but faster DOT. Looks like a Gaster Blaster.
Million Spears: Summons 3-6 spears around you that point in the direction of your cursor, not moving for one second, then firing. Looks like a magic book with three spears on it.
Boss: The Royal Dogs
Item: Lesser Bone (you could change Annoying Dog's summon to Greater Bone)
Made using 1 bone and 5 stone at a demon altar, meant to be a post skeletron, pre-hardmode boss
summons Doggo, Dogamy, Dogaressa, and Greater Dog.
Doggo throws knives that function like throwing knives. He doesn't move.
In expert mode, he will chase you quite quickly.
Dogamy moves around, shooting hearts at you.
In expert mode, he will throw axes at half health.
Dogaressa chases you, and has an axe that does loads of damage.
in expert mode, she will shoot hearts.
Greater dog does not move. He actually doesn't do much at all and is invincible, but when the other dogs are defeated, he will lose invincibility, and will function a lot like a paladin, moving and throwing spears at you. In expert mode, he moves faster and throws two at a time.
Each dog drops their trophies, and can drop a couple of other things:
Dogamy's Love
shoots hearts
Dogaressa's Jumping Axe
Throws a magical axe
Doggo's Knives
Autoswing sword that can be changed to an infinite throwing item

why not add asriels stuff as like a after moon lord tier and try the same with frisk,chara and MAYBE IF IT ISN'T TO MUCH a omega flowey tier but not a boss like his weapons and a armor set ps i have more ideas if you want

I could come up with some ideas for that...
First: Monster Soul
5% drop from bosses
Accessory
increases damage by 50%
increases movement speed by 25%
at DT extract, turns into 50 Monster Power
Bone Spikes
looks like a bone in a block of dirt
Summons some bones on the ground at the cursor (like Clinger Staff)
Sans' Eye
Looks like a glowing Sans eye
Greatly increases knockback of all weapons
Meelee attacks apply Karma
Sans' Soul
Combine Sans' Eye and Monster soul at DT machine and has their effects
Double tap LEFT of RIGHT to dodge (same as dash, but immune to being hit)
