PS4 Wall of Flesh bug

Sometimes when I summon WoF on PS4 he appears to have no eyes or mouth, the hungries are just tendrils and leeches are invisible. The only thing following me is a literal wall of flesh

Hi there @DatShadowJK, how many times is this happening? You mention sometimes, but is that like every other time, or it’s happened twice?

The next time it happens, if you could send as many details as you remember to Pipeworks (the console developers) that would be great: https://fs30.formsite.com/505games/form15/index.html

Details like what gear you’re wearing, any pets, single or multiplayer, online or split screen, do others in your party see the WoF correctly, what size world, is it a legacy world, etc.

Pipeworks looks over every bug report they receive through that link, however they probably won’t reply.
