I always have problems finding a good spot for the War Table Banners. But I guess I and a lot of builders could make more use of them if you were able to place them on Walls / hang them over the "edge" of a Wall like in the screenshot attached.
As for the Potted Trees, it's just a small and maybe unnecessary change I would make. I would maybe find it cool, if the actual tree wouldn't need space when it comes to "not completely solid" blocks.
