Water Bolt Volume II: Electric Boogaloo resembles a red book on a wood lectern. It shoots bouncing balls of water that are super fast with shocking energy. Each projectile has a very high amplitude, or vertical point on a wave, so aiming sucks sometimes. However, projectiles travel at good speeds and bounce off ceilings.
Struck enemies get continual damage of shock as the water orb sticks to them for a short bit and explodes into a short burst of water. This deals additional status effect damage of Electrified and a small added burst of water damage.
This weapon can do good damage with minimal shots, and has an added critical strike chance of 10% as its base.
