Instead just having a seed for a water bolt. Does anyone have a world that has one in it easily able to get? Thatll be alot easier
 
It was changed in this update recently where the Water Bolt will no longer spawn near the surface of the Dungeon. It will likely be very difficult to find a 1.4+ world that has the water bolt accessible until you defeat Skeletron.

Although I never used it much.
