Water Cannon
A block that you can place in the world that will shoot water, that is kind of like the waterfalls, across the sky when powered and is near a water source. It can be crafted with the Gemspark blocks to send a colored blast of water.

I think that might be a cool idea for decoration, and maybe it could also be used as crowd control (Perhaps a high-pressure variant that deals knockback, and a low-pressure one that shoots out slower streams, more heavily affected by gravity, for decoration).
