Weapons/armor that need buffs

which weopons/armor sets do you think need buffs? I'll start it out.
The snowball cannon is obtainable really early, but it still needs a buff. Make the damage around 6 so it can be at least useable.
As for armor I think all the hard mode ore armors need defense buffs.
What do you guys think?
 
HM ore armours are good, but I think they're balanced to make the mechs a really big challenge. Which they are, kinda.
However, Nebula Arcanum needs a buff. It's not up to standard with the other Lunar weapons.
 
I feel like Format: C is statistically the weakest yoyo, taking availability into account
I'm not sure how it could be improved, though - maybe give it a longer duration than Gradient?

Staff of Earth has always been an ignored weapon, I find. Its only use is for piercing in a specific arcing direction, which isn't bad, but maybe something could be buffed?
