Game Mechanics Weather-Dials?

So we have Sundials/Moondials yes? So why not to have a WeatherDial?
It could be used only once per 5 in game days
and could be right clicked on the bottom to change desired weather variant and clicked on top to go.

part of me says some sort of snow globe type thing but weather focused or a weather chart like weathermen use or some sort of globe or a ground moddle like one of these war maps people use with the acuret turain and maybe just the sky also a magic fan but this would be different from the other ones

cool, but your response kinda inspired a thought of mine to turn in a way to something more like "enchanted weather pane"

This is a Journey Mode ability, and generally speaking I don't think those should find their way into regular gameplay. I get that being at the mercy of RNG for weather-related events is annoying, but I think they happen more often than you realize.

I got the idea when i was waiting 1h irl for windy day to happen bcs i was grinding for universal pylon and I got *very* pissed off for waiting this long.

combine sun and moon dial with weather pain and a pillar statue. complicated yes, requires to kill a often forgotten boss, yes. all good for me

why it doesnt effect time just weather so youd have to get a whole other sun and moon dial
