My method is uploading the sprites on TinyPic then copy & pasting the last link provided on the left of the page into the "image conveyor"(the scenery icon, right of the smiley face above).
Sorry if this is extensively specific, I just try my best to avoid confusion...sometimes I fail

Search for Snipping tool on the sidebar. Find it and drag the rectangle around the area you want to capture.
