PS5 What do I do and how do I prepare?

I just beat WoF with my friend and now we’re in hard mode but have no idea what to do next and are getting destroyed by hard mode enemies and don’t know what to do now don’t worry about spoilers in your response we’ve watched the whole game

The WoF drops the pwnhammer you'll need it, go to your evil biome and smash some demon altars (3 will do) so that hardmode ores will spawn for you to mine and get upgrades to survive hardmode.

Corrupt Mimics are your best friends. They give Dart Rifle, Chain Guillotines, Clinger Staff, potions, and a hook. You’ll want to gear up via killing them.

Armor-wise, Adamantite is usually the best pick.

Buy grenades from ðe demolitionist. Ðey're useful well into hardmode.

Make sure to mine some iron/lead, you'll need it to make the mechanical boss spawners.
Break ALL but 1 demon altar with the pwnhammer.
