When i Try to upload a pic and this happens

It is only when I upload a pic from ps touch

Is it a specific picture or is it any image?

Only pics from my photo shop app called ps touch aka photoshop touch

What file type are you saving them as?

Jpeg and png

It might be that you are uploading them from mobile. I would suggest uploading the pictures to imgur and then embedding them in the post instead of attaching the file.
