UI is the main one. When pressing B to exit your inventory it will then use anything that is near you. Switches or talk to npcs or keep breaking the bottle I placed on that blood crafting table, Opening doors.

I noticed that too on PS4, but instead of pressing B or O (On PS4) instead press Y or Triangle. That button closes the inventory screen. If you press B or O, it closes and immediately interacts with anything around you. Try that.

Its not that bad, Having to pause to zoom in and out.

The current UI is WAY worse.
