I really enjoy the Frost Moon and Snow biome theme.

Boss 2 is the best Boss Music. Underground Hallow is the best biome music, well, to me.

Hard to pick, but probably the Pillar theme. That music kicks some serious butt.

Day 1 (with the strings), Ocean, Boss 2 (WoF/Twins), Corruption/Corruption Underground, and Hallow/Hallow Underground! And the Goblin Army and Celestial Pillar themes are pretty sweet too. I just really like a lot of the music in this game

I was about to say Moon Lord's theme, or Plantera's theme.

But no, my favourite is the original overworld day. It's so happy, uplifting and motivating, not to mention the memories.
Corruption is also great, it really catches the atmosphere of the biome. Evil, but still a little cute in a way.
